Nothing beats skiing as preparation
for our program. The more skiing you can get in before the trip the better
off you are.
If you can't get much
skiing in before the trip, or maybe no skiing, then being in good general
shape will be very helpful. Being on a regular work-out program and in particular
doing exercises specifically designed for skiing is recommended. If you
