Each web reservation is confirmed by phone and e-mail. A $895 non-refundable deposit is then required within five business days. The balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date. Space for this special program will be limited. Participants will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis, so please apply early to reserve your space. All monies (less the $895 deposit) will be promptly refunded for cancellations received 45 or more days prior to departure. Cancellations received 44 to 22 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the program cost . If a cancellation is made within 21 days prior to departure there will be no refund. No refund will be made for unused services during the program. All notifications of cancellation must be received in writing, and the date the notification is postmarked will be the cancellation date.
